Features: A 294 lot subdivision consisting of a 220 Acre sand bottom lake complete with sand beaches and a marina.

Brief Description: Once an agricultural parcel, the West Shores lake community was dredged from the underlying sand and was constructed and monitored using GPS and Hydrographic surveying techniques. From concept to finish, TD2 was involved in all aspects of this project from subdivision design, wetlands mitigation, construction staking, civil design and sales marketing.
